Archivisk - Mareike Galle, Silas Kühn
Open source lives from people sharing their knowledge. In order for ideas to be developed and improved, they need to be well documented.
“Archivisk” is a system that helps to catalog these ideas in a long-term and comprehensible way. With adaptable furniture and a digital data structure in the form of an Obsidian plugin, elements can be stored and linked together, even between digital and analog.
The plugin is available together with the folder structure (Vault) on GitHub. Both can be used independently of each other, but work well together in creative processes. The Vault contains the construction plans that can be used to individually assemble and expand the furniture system. Production can take place in local workshops or makerspaces.
With Archivisk, an analogue and digitized archive is created during the work process, which can be shared and made accessible to others at any time.
